I feel so blessed that whenever I forget the Truth of “Who I Am” I have mentors and teachings and tools that remind me. I have intentionally set myself up this way. I follow and choose to learn from and align with those who are willing and able to feel everything they feel with love and curiosity and (even) pleasure and understand the Truth from a higher perspective.
I am curious if you feel the same? Do you know your own Power or like I did for so long, do you look outside yourSelf? Don’t get me wrong- I still get caught up in the illusion that life is happening to me. I got caught up in political anxiety myself yesterday. I still get “amnesia” and see life as conditional… I can’t be happy if… I will only be happy when…
But that is not True. And every time I look outside me for Power/Truth/Love I suffer. As Byron Katie (https://thework.com) would say- “But only every time.” 😉 Maybe if conditions are “perfect” I get respite but how often does that happen? And even when things are “good” it feels fleeting and I have to cling to hold on to it.
There really is only Love or Fear. That might make you mad but it should also make you really excited. If that is True… and I want you to feel into it. Not trying to understand it with the mind but…
