Just for this moment, erase the labels you paint on everybody and everything… including and especially those you have etched on your self.

Just for this moment, drop the judgment like a heavy weight you are holding because that is what judgment does… weighs you down.

Just for this moment, forget what you think you know for sure because you really don’t.

Just for this moment, feel your feet on the earth and your head in the clouds.

Just for this moment, feel the juicy aliveness in your Sex, in your Belly, and your Heart.

Just for this moment, feel the Unity between your Self and everything, every place, and everyONE.

Just for this moment, this one exquisite moment…this achingly beautiful, tenderly awake moment… remember the TRUTH of who YOU really Are.
