An Invitation to be okay with not being okay.

Dearest Reader:

I know the world can appear very scary right now. There is a lot of unknown. All my life I have simultaneously hated and resisted change and longed for it. This is an uncomfortable place to be. I see so much suffering right now as we all fight to be right in order to feel safe. In our need for the safety of certainty we end up being self-righteous and shaming others who dare to not agree. This causes disconnection and pain which leads to more fear and more suffering. The ability to live in not-knowing and feel okay is where our power lies.

Trusting in something greater than ourselves whether you call that God or Source or Love it does not matter. And being okay with not being okay is where the story and the suffering begins to ease. I had a dream a few months ago where I heard the words liminal space and I wrote Ode to Gray. The timing feels right to share it. I hope you find an Invitation here into more ease. A knowing that you aren’t broken. The world is not broken even though it may appear more fractured than ever. The more we can find peace is not knowing the more we can remember the Truth of who we Are. Love. Always.
